SYSTEM S+U 1/2 Curved Garnish Needle is a heavier, stronger and generally larger half-curved needle. The thicker wire also means it is less likely to flex when pushing through dense material.
It is intended for work where you may need to pass through:
- thick upholstery
- padding
- stuffing
- heavier leather/textiles
- deeper sections of furniture
A 1/2 curved garnishing needle is a specialised needle commonly used in leatherwork, upholstery, bookbinding, and sometimes even surgical or floral applications.
“1/2 curved” refers to the needle being bent into a half-circle (180° arc).
It’s curved enough to work around tight areas or edges, but not as extreme as a 3/4 or full-curved needle.
Please note that 959-300 comes as a 12-piece pack rather than 25.
