Shipping & Delivery

When will be my order shipped?


Your order will be shipped in 3 business days.




I haven't received the tracking information.


Usually you will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been shipped. However, the parcel will be handling by several courier partners for some destinations, we will only email the updated tracking code once the parcel is arrived in your country. We monitor the transportation of each package, thank you for your patience.




How much do you charge for shipping?


Randomly add an item to the shopping bag, in the check out page, you will see the shipping fee after selecting your country. We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above £80 for most of the counties. Free shippings exception for some countries, check here for detials.




Why the shipping fee cost £25 to United Kingdom?


Our system indicate the shipping fee automatically based on your IP address on your device. Sometime it may fail to identify the exact region that you are based. Make sure you click the Country in the shopping bag see if you select the region.





Orders

I just placed an order, how can I add more items in the previous order to save shipping cost?


As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can add items in one order without paying extra shipping. Contact us and we will issue a CODE for free shipping in your new order.




The item I want is out of stock, how quick can you restock?


We restock quite often, some take longer some take few days to a week, feel free to drop us a message we can let you know the restock information of certain item.





Payment

What payment method do you accept?


You accept PayPal and all major Debit or Credit card on our site, inlucing American Express. If you are located in China and prefer to pay via Alipay, please contact us.
