N Series irons create marks or grooves on the leather to indicate where the seams will be. This allows you to sew with precision and consistency. The seam lines show you where to sew and make it easy to create a regular linear seam. You always sew the same distance from the edge of the leather.
 
For a more creative use, you can use the seam lines to mark folding or cutting lines. If you want to decorate your products with patterns, you can use these leatherworking irons to draw the outlines.
