The E Series Irons are used for burnishing the edges of leather at different thicknesses. The tip has two edges of equal length and height. Depending on the thickness of your leather piece, choose the same width of the groove of this iron. For example, if your leather thickness is 2mm, then you would use the E2 iron, so your leather would fit inside the groove.
This tip can also be used as a creaser.
They melt wax, paraffin or any other compounds for finishing leather surfaces.
