The NT Cutter Sanding Blade is made from a durable steel sheet with a specially embossed abrasive surface. Unlike conventional sandpaper, it cuts effectively in all directions and offers an exceptionally long working life.
The blade can last many times longer than paper-backed abrasives and may be reused hundreds of times. It is suitable for smoothing and shaping a wide range of materials, including:
Wood
Fibreglass
Plastics
Models and sculpting materials
Other craft and workshop applications
Its open abrasive surface helps resist clogging. If dust or debris begins to build up, simply clean the blade with a wire brush to restore its cutting performance.
The blade is secured to the handle with screws, making it quick and easy to replace or change to a different grit when required.
