A customisable positioning jig system for fast, repeatable product placement during hot foil stamping and embossing.
 
The MAXITA Customisable Repeat-Positioning Jig Set is designed for makers and studios that repeatedly stamp the same products and want to avoid measuring and realigning every piece individually.
 
The system consists of a rigid acrylic outer frame that secures to the MAXITA working table, together with six interchangeable PVC positioning inserts.
 
Each PVC insert can be cut to match the shape and dimensions of a particular product. Once the product position and stamping alignment have been established, the customised insert creates a fixed locating position so subsequent pieces can be placed in the same position quickly and consistently.
 
This makes the jig particularly useful for repeat orders, batch production and products that are made to the same dimensions each time.
 
The supplied PVC inserts can be customised according to the outline of your product.

Once an insert has been prepared and aligned, it can be kept for future orders of the same product.
 
Designed for Repeat Orders
This is where the positioning jig differs from a general alignment guide and laser positioning.
If you regularly receive repeat orders for the same wallet, card holder, label or other product, the customised insert acts as a dedicated positioning template for that item.
 
Quick-Change Insert System
The acrylic outer frame remains secured to the working table while the PVC inserts can be changed according to the product being stamped.
This modular arrangement is particularly useful for workshops producing multiple products in small or medium batches, as different positioning inserts can be prepared and retained for different designs.
