An adjustable positioning jig designed to hold pencils securely and consistently during hot foil stamping and personalisation with MAXITA machines.
 
The MAXITA Adjustable Pencil Positioning Jig secures to the machine’s working table and holds a pencil firmly in position while it is being stamped.
Because pencils and other narrow cylindrical products can easily roll or move during setup, the jig provides a stable reference position, making it easier to align the stamping area and achieve more consistent placement from one pencil to the next.
 
It is particularly useful for custom pencil branding, names, initials, logos and personalised text.
 
The holder features an adjustable rear screw mechanism, allowing the opening to be fine-tuned to accommodate different standard pencil diameters.
Once adjusted, the pencil is held securely in the required position ready for stamping.
This makes the jig suitable for working with different pencil sizes without requiring a separate fixture for each one.
 
A clearly engraved scale provides a useful reference when setting the position of the pencil.
This helps when establishing the location of a logo, name or line of text and makes it easier to reproduce the same positioning across multiple pencils.
 
Pencil stamping normally uses relatively small lettering or logo designs because of the limited printable area on the pencil surface.
 
Can It Hold Other Cylindrical Products?
Although designed primarily for pencils, the adjustable holder may also be suitable for similar narrow cylindrical products, provided their diameter fits securely within the jig.
