We pack the Graphite Pricking Iron / Stitching Chisel in a walnut wooden box when you order a minimum of 3 irons. Free customisation of the wooden box is included, you can either email us your logo, or a name in any fonts preferred. The engraving area is around 11 x 15 cm.
Please send us an email immediately after your purchase if you would like engraving or we will dispatch without engraving.
*Our logo will be on the back of the box.
In addition to using high-quality raw materials, subsequent heat treatment, surface treatment and polishing processes are also indispensable steps for high-quality pricking irons.
Our maker polished and fine sharpened each tooth by hand including both sides of each tooth, ultra-smooth when punching through leather and lifting easily.
Subsequent treatment process:
Hardness 52-54
Vacuum + deep cooling heat treatment
Oxidation and blackening treatment finishing
Engraved logo and spacing on top of the handle
We recommend using Punching Board (can be purchased here) with our pricking irons.
