The burnisher is crafted from bakelised wood fibre, a dense and durable resin-based material with a naturally smooth surface. When worked along the edge of cut leather, it generates gentle friction that compresses and seals the fibres, leaving edges smooth, rounded, and neatly finished.
 
Ideal for edge finishing on belts, wallets, straps, handles, and small leather goods. It can be used on dry or lightly dampened leather, depending on your preferred burnishing method.
