Wood can shrink under different temperatures because it is an organic material made up of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin fibers that are held together by moisture. As the temperature changes, the moisture content in the wood also changes, causing the wood fibers to expand and contract.

Mink oil helps to protect the wood from dryness, moisture, and other forms of damage, and it also helps to enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

To preserve the beauty of natural horn:

    1. Clean using soap and tepid water. Avoid chemicals, abrasive cleaning materials and strong detergents.

    2. Occasionally wipe with a cloth sprinkled with a little vegetable oil to protect the lustre.
