Our custom brass stamps undergo rigorous testing on leather, and we showcase the results to our clients before dispatching the final product.

How Our Service Works
DOCUMENT
Provide us with a Vector Graphic in AI/CDR/PSD/SVG format or a High-Quality JPEG/PNG file, along with the dimensions, any custom requirements, and your country.
QUOTATION
Once we receive the order details, we will send you a quotation that includes the shipping cost. If you are also ordering other products from our website, this can be shipped together with your other items.
PAYMENT
Upon acceptance of the quotation and successful payment, we will proceed to issue you a final VAT invoice for your records. This will serve as a confirmation of your order.
VERIFY
We will send you a digital file for your review and confirmation of the design and size. This will ensure that the custom brass stamp perfectly matches your requirements before we proceed with production.
PRODUCTION
After confirming the file we provided, we will start the crafting process for your brass stamp. This stage typically takes around 3 working days, depending on the current workload in the workshop.
"EMBOSSIFY"
After completing your brass stamp, we will "emboss" it on the leather and share a photo with you to verify. Once you are happy with the final result, our workshop will carefully pack the stamp.
DISPATCH
Your custom brass stamp will be included in our regular shipment to the UK. This ensures that your stamp is carefully packaged and shipped alongside our other clients' order, maximising efficiency and reducing transit times and costs. This process usually takes 1 week.
